When I try to login to my library account, it says "The login process has failed." How do I correct this?

If your login username includes any capital letters (as in Sample01), the library system will not be able to find your account:
When signing into your library account, make sure that your username is in all lower case letters (as in sample01). Be careful that some devices, especially phones, will often try to automatically capitalize the first letter of your username.
Additionally, some other campus logins are less strict on username formats and your browser might carry over login credentials that are not an exact match to the library system. Try clicking the "Sign out from external authentication system" and then sign in again with your username in all lower case letters.
A few other strategies to ensure a fresh login session:
- Make sure you are signed out on all other systems and close all browser tabs
- Try using a private/incognito browser tab
- Try using a browser that you don’t normally use
