My username and password aren't working. What should I do?

Make sure that your username is all in lowercase letters. Some library systems require strict lowercase letters to match with your username.
If that isn’t the problem, your password might be expired. Some university sites, like goPFW give you grace logins. The library resources do not do this. This means you may be able to log in to goPFW even if your password is expired.
If your password has expired, you can change it from Purdue IT's list of account resources. Click on the Change Your Password link, and follow the instructions given there.
