How do I find the properites of a metal alloy?

A good place to start is Knovel (there’s a link on the Engineering and Technology Resources guide under Databases/Journal Articles: https://library.pfw.edu/c.php?g=16213&p=89083).
Knovel includes a Property Search feature, which allows you to enter the metal or element you need information on and then to select the properties you need. Note: you can only select 3 properties at a time and they need to be connected by the OR operator.
Knovel then will search for the information in reference volumes, like the ASM Handbook, and return results that feature the tables listing the properties selected.
If need, the tables often can be exported from Knovel as a PDF or Excel file.
